The Entrepreneurial Self

My name is Asma Moinuddin .I am 25 year old female who has moved to Sweden to pursue Masters Degree.
I am born and bought up in upper middle class family in India by Muslim parents where my mother was a school principal and my father a commercial tax officer .I have received  primary education from a convent school and i have attended  my graduate study in computer science from Deccan College of Engineering in India. I have also attended master program in Information Engineering at Jönköping Tekniska Högskolan.My prior work experience involved working in technical support team in  multinationals such as Satyam, Infosys,C3i, IBM in short terms,  to working a as intern and then a developer in a small firm in Huskvarna called GainIt architecture and solutions.
I have no prior experience in entrepreneurship,however i had an opportunity in my previous employment in jönköping to work under an IT entrepreneur and observe how a small company of 10 employees is run.
My personal definition of  "entepreneuring" and entrepreneur is " Entrepreneuring  is a act of recognizing an opportunity ,a possibility or a change and turning it into a beneficial and contributing venture and a entrepreneur is a person who accomplishes it with high rate of dedication ".
I would not have considered being a entrepreneur if i were in india or anywhere else in the world. Perhaps the present conditions and my personal experiences together in Sweden have played a role in this decision of mine to start planning to be a entrepreneur.However i still feel my current situation is sort of like a person who has taken swimming lessons in a pool and is planning to dive into the ocean. I personally feel there are things i need to inculcate  like the way one needs to approach certain issues and of convincing people which i think requires credibility .Therefore  although i still strongly believe entrepreneurs do not need to study entrepreneurship and like Bengt Johannisson stated during the lecture that "Entrepreneuring is neither theorizing nor art-it is practice".However  in order to achieve such a credibility in terms of knowledge i have decided to take this master program in business creation.
